Raunak Moori is available and made from three different varieties of Rice. The Long grain, the standard grain and the round grain. Since the Rice is not treated with any chemical so the colour of the finished Moori remains slightly Off- White. The rice is exclusively obtained from Bardhman district in West Bengal, India which is known for giving the best quality Moori rice in the country. the roasting is done under controlled heat conditions to give maximum puffing to the rice grain and long lasting crisp effect to the Moori.
